Delicia L. Batten-Jean is a globally respected teacher, preacher, and justice advocate who believes the gospel of Jesus must be transformed from its cultural and political captivities. Her continued support to The White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership is a conscious submission to “do likewise” as a Good Samaritan has launched various community outreach ministries. As the founder of Neighborly Love Church, Pastor Jean teaches believers to remain neighborly in displaying love, for God is love, laboring faithfully while awaiting our Lord’s return. Pastor Jean attended Miami-Dade Community College and Trinity International University where she received both Associates and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. | Since 2015, as a licensed and ordained minister, Pastor Jean faithfully leads Neighborly Love Church in a good-standing fellowship between the International Congress of Churches and Ministers, Dr. H. Michael Chitwood, General Overseer. Pastor Jean is a loving single parent of her son Barack Emmanuel Jean.
